- 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
- 4 shallots, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground allspice 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 11⁄2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Fijian Kosher Sea Salt
- 1⁄4 cup peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 3 oranges
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 habanero pepper, chopped and seeded
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well and let sit for 1 hour before using.
