ORGANIC TURMERIC GOLDEN TOMATO GAZPACHO

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chopped tomatoes, garlic, half the peppers and cucumbers, onions and bread in food processor.
  2. Pulse until mixture has uniform chunky texture, then add half of the olive oil and adjust seasonings with salt.
  3. Add reserved peppers and cucumbers and garnish with sherry vinegar and remaining olive oil.
