- 1 Tbsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Fijian Kosher Sea Salt
- 10 ripe yellow tomatoes, cored, seeded, peeled and chopped in large dice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 European cucumber, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2⁄3 cup day-old baguette, diced
- 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- Place chopped tomatoes, garlic, half the peppers and cucumbers, onions and bread in food processor.
- Pulse until mixture has uniform chunky texture, then add half of the olive oil and adjust seasonings with salt.
- Add reserved peppers and cucumbers and garnish with sherry vinegar and remaining olive oil.
