FIJIAN GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH ORGANIC TURMERIC AND GINGER

MARINADE INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag, pour Marinade
    over them and seal. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Heat grill and cook tenderloins for 7–8 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
