WAKAYA PERFECTION PAPAYA/ORGANIC GINGER JAM

{makes 4–5 cups}

Ingredients

2½ tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
3 cups mashed Red Hawaiian papaya
4 cups granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Stir together papaya, sugar, and Ginger.
  2. In a heavy-bottom soup pot over low heat, cook, stirring often to prevent sticking, until mixture has thickened and become jam-like, about 30–40 minutes. Let cool completely before transferring to sealed containers and refrigerating for up to 1 week.
