DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the egg yolks, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and salt into a blender.
  2. Place the blender on low speed and slowly drizzle the olive oil in until all is incorporated.
  3. Add the softened coconut oil.
  4. Store in a covered jar.
