- 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. champagne vinegar 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1⁄2 cup orange blossom honey
- 1 cup grape seed oil
- 2 Tbsp. shallots, minced
- 2 oz. fresh dill, chopped 2 oz. fresh mint, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients except chopped herbs into a medium bowl; whisk together.
- Add herbs and adjust seasonings to taste.
