Organic Turmeric
and Ginger


MARINADE INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Wakaya Perfection Fijian Kosher Sea Salt
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. star anise powder
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic, minced

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pork tenderloins, 11⁄2 lbs. each

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag, pour Marinade
    over them and seal. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Heat grill and cook tenderloins for 7–8 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
