Chimichurri Sauce
With Organic Turmeric


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
  • 4 shallots, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground allspice 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 11⁄2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Fijian Kosher Sea Salt
  • 1⁄4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Zest and juice of 3 oranges
  • 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 habanero pepper, chopped and seeded

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well and let sit for 1 hour before using.
