Grilled Shrimp Tikka
With Organic Turmeric
and Ginger


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
  • 1⁄2 cup peanut oil
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp. garam masala 21⁄2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3 lbs. shrimp (about 16–20), peeled and deveined

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Place all ingredients except the shrimp in a blender; blend well.
    2. Pour mixture into large bowl, add shrimp and coat well;
      refrigerate overnight.
    3. Place shrimp on a preheated grill and cook 3–4 minutes per side.
